Rails 5.0 is available

Rails 5.0 has been released.
The announcement highlights two new features, the Action
Cable framework for handling WebSockets and an “API mode” for
interfacing with client-side JavaScript. Development of the latter
feature is ongoing; progress can be tracked in the JSONAPI::Resources
repository. There are quite a few other new features to be found in
the update as well; the release announcement provides links to
detailed ChangeLogs for various subprojects.
